Cheonggyecheon Stream (청계천)
Until it was restored in 2005, Cheonggyecheon Stream existed only as a neglected watercourse hidden by an overpass. Today, it has been transformed into a haven of natural beauty amidst the bustle of city life.
Seoul has done a great job along the Cheonggyecheon Stream. It's right in the heart of the city where you can stroll along the river and try some Korean food, or enjoy cultural events that happens quite often
around there. The water looked very clear, too
Banpo Bridge Rainbow Fountain (반포대교 달빛무지개분수)
The Rainbow Fountain built on both sides of Banpo Bridge
and registered 2008 in The Guinness Book of Records as the longest bridge fountain in the world with the total length of 1,140m.
. The fountain is programmed to play different shows during the day and night.
Banpo Hangang Park is located on the southern side of the river centering on Banpo Bridge
i loved this park and it'd be Great to walk along the river, ride a bike or have a picnic.
nanta show
NANTA has been running since October 1997 and is the most popular show ever in Korea.
Without a dialogue, but through rhythmic banging of knives, pots and pans
tells the story of four crazy chefs who have been set the impossible task of making a wedding banquet in just one hour. What follows is pure musical mayhem, and they even manage to fit in a love story! The show is based on Korea’s traditional garak (rhythms) of Samulnori (traditional Korean percussion quartet), and can be enjoyed by all the family.
Performance Times
i enjoyed this show and i'd attend it again FOR SURE.
